PROJECT SUMMARY
Conceived customer experience themes for Samsung’s flagship retail stores in Sydney and Melbourne on behalf of Cheil Worldwide.
- Encouraged shoppers to re-appraise the Samsung brand by creating a series of interactive activations that centred around the idea that Samsung’s product eco-system can power your Lifestyle.
- In-store execution encompassed way-finding, display themes and audio-visual digital content.
- Exterior execution also encompassed development of an interactive “Graffiti Wall” activation to encourage potential shoppers into the store.
RESULT: The customer experience and visual displays proved most compelling in the way they attracted potential shoppers, quite literally stopping passers-by “in their tracks”. The success of the first Samsung Experience Store, opening in Melbourne mid-2014, led to the opening of a second Samsung Experience Store in Sydney later that year.
